Great question! The extension lets you inspect one website at a time. But if you’re looking for bulk data—like a list of 1,000+ WooCommerce websites or sites using a specific plugin—we save you hours (or days) of manual work. Our paid plans give you instant access to filtered, export-ready data from the largest WordPress database available.

Each subscription gives you a monthly amount of credits, which you can use to export data from our database.

  • 1 credit = 1 website record
Each record typically includes the domain, detected plugins, theme, and relevant metadata. You can filter your exports based on plugins (like WooCommerce, Elementor), themes, or even country.

You need a plan to export a lead list. Plans can be cancelled at any time.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you choose. Once canceled, you’ll retain access to your account and any remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied.

Each record typically includes the website’s domain, detected WordPress plugins, theme information, and other relevant metadata. This data helps you identify and target websites that match your specific criteria.

Absolutely! Our platform allows you to filter data based on various parameters, including country, specific plugins, themes, and more. This ensures you can tailor your lists to match your target audience or market segment.

The data provided through your subscription is intended for your personal or internal business use. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the raw data externally is not permitted under our terms of service. If you’re interested in a reseller or enterprise license, please contact us to discuss further.

We accept major credit cards for subscription payments and iDeal are accepted. If you require alternative payment methods or have specific billing needs, please reach out to our support team to discuss available options.

Lead Generation

WPoptic’s Lead Generation feature allows you to purchase targeted lead lists for specific WordPress plugins. If you’re a plugin developer, agency, or marketer, this feature helps you find potential customers already using or interested in specific plugins.

WPoptic scans publicly available WordPress websites and detects the plugins they use. We then compile anonymized lead lists based on this data. We do not collect or share private information, ensuring full compliance with privacy laws.

Each lead list typically includes:

  • Website URL
  • Detected plugin(s)
  • Potential business category
  • Contact email (if publicly available)
  • Social media links (if available)

We ensure all data is gathered ethically and in accordance with GDPR and other regulations.

This feature is ideal for:

  • Plugin developers looking for users of similar plugins to market their own solutions.
  • Agencies offering services related to specific plugins (e.g., WooCommerce optimization).
  • SaaS businesses targeting WordPress users with complementary products.
  • Freelancers who want to reach businesses using certain plugins.

We use advanced scanning technology to detect plugins, but there may be occasional inaccuracies due to caching, custom configurations, or hidden plugins. However, our system continuously updates to provide the most accurate and relevant data.

Yes! We only collect publicly available data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations. However, we advise all users to follow ethical outreach practices and comply with email marketing laws in their region.

Please contact us trough our contact form on the lead generation page.

Yes! If you don’t see a lead list for the plugin you’re interested in, you can request a custom list. We will process your request and notify you once it’s available.

Our lead lists are updated regularly to ensure accuracy. You can check the last updated date before purchasing a list to ensure you’re getting the most recent data.

List Lookup

The List Lookup feature allows you to upload your own list of websites, and WPoptic will scan them to detect active WordPress plugins and themes. Once the scan is complete, you’ll receive an email notification with a download link to your results.

  • Upload your list of websites via the My Account page.
  • WPoptic scans each site to detect installed plugins and themes.
  • Once the scan is complete, we’ll email you a download link with your results.

Yes! The List Lookup feature is completely free to use. You can upload a list and receive detailed plugin and theme information at no cost.

Your results will include:

  • Website URL
  • Detected WordPress plugins
  • Active theme
  • Version details (if available)

This data is useful for market research, competitor analysis, and outreach strategies.

Processing time depends on the number of websites you upload. Smaller lists (under 100 sites) are usually scanned within a few minutes, while larger lists may take longer. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your report is ready.

There is no hard limit, but for optimal performance, we recommend uploading lists of up to 5,000 websites at a time. If you need to scan a larger list, you can split it into multiple uploads.

Currently, we accept .CSV and .TXT files containing website URLs. Ensure your file is properly formatted with one URL per line.

No, WPoptic only scans publicly accessible websites. If a site is blocked, requires login credentials, or restricts bot access, we may not be able to retrieve plugin and theme details.

Yes! Once your list is processed, you can download your results in a CSV format, making it easy to analyze the data, share with your team, or import into other tools.
